TERMS OF SERVICE

REFUND POLICY

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Pre-paid treatments and packages are non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise required by law or specified below. If you are unable to use all or some of your un-rendered, pre-paid treatments, you may receive credit towards other Serene Medical Spa LLC treatments or products. If you request a refund for un-rendered, pre-paid treatments within 30 days of purchase, a refund to the original payment method may be issued.

Unopened products can be exchanged for alternative products within 14 days of purchase.

CANCELLATION AND MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

Our aim is to provide exceptional quality treatments and services to all clients promptly. When you schedule an appointment, a block of our provider’s time is reserved exclusively for you. Our providers are in high demand, so it is important to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to see them. We understand the value of your time and commitments. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience both our providers and other clients. Therefore, we ask that you commit to keeping your appointments as scheduled.

Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

A credit card is required to be saved on file to book your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected circumstances may require schedule changes. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Given the challenging times and prioritizing the health and safety of our clients, we will work with you if you need to cancel for urgent or health matters.

Please speak directly with a staff member, as voicemails or texts may not be received in time to notify another client on our waitlist of availability.

MISSED/NO-SHOW APPOINTMENT

If you miss an appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment will be recorded as missed, and a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

LATE ARRIVALS

Appointments are scheduled based on the time needed to perform your specific service. Tardiness may prevent us from completing the treatment or service without haste. To deliver the best care, certain procedures may need to be rescheduled depending on your arrival time. If a client is 15 minutes or more late for their appointment, it will be recorded as a no-show, as there will not be enough time to safely complete the treatment or procedure.
