At Serene Med Spa in Barboursville, our physicians order a hormone and wellness lab panel first, review your symptoms and history, and dose pellets to your results using the Biöte method. Insertion takes about five minutes: a numbed nick in the upper hip, pellets placed, a small dressing. Most women notice better sleep and energy within two to four weeks, with mood, focus, hot flashes and libido improving over the following two months. Pellets last three to four months, then we recheck labs and repeat. Each insertion is $405; labs are billed separately (we can order through Labcorp with your insurance).
