Where we offer telehealth
Serene Telehealth is available to patients physically located in Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and Florida at the time of the visit. Dr. Robin Arora, MD is licensed to practice medicine in each of these states. Please tell us which state you are in when you book — we can only see you if you are in a state where Dr. Arora is licensed.
How prescriptions work
Evaluation first
A prescription is only considered after Dr. Arora has completed a live video evaluation, reviewed your medical history and any labs, and established a physician–patient relationship. Booking a visit does not guarantee a prescription; medication is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate for you.
Filling your prescription
Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice or, if you prefer, to our partner compounding pharmacy, Boudreaux's New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA), which is licensed to ship to Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and Florida. We do not sell or ship medication ourselves, and we do not accept payment for medication through this website.
Ongoing supervision
Weight-management and hormone medications require follow-up. Dose changes, refills and side-effect checks are handled through scheduled follow-up visits; we do not refill indefinitely without seeing you.
Fees
The Serene Telehealth program fee is $149 per month, which covers your video visits, follow-ups and secure messaging with Dr. Arora. It does not include medication, labs or in-person services; medication is paid separately to the pharmacy. We do not bill insurance for telehealth. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Important safety information
GLP-1 receptor agonists and hormone therapies are prescription medications with known risks and side effects, and are not right for everyone. Dr. Arora will review contraindications, alternatives and expected results with you before prescribing. Individual results vary. Never start, stop or change a prescription medication without talking to your physician.
Your consent and privacy
Before your first visit you will be asked to review and sign a Telehealth Informed Consent, which explains how video visits work, their limits, and your right to choose in-person care instead. Your information is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy. Visits are conducted through Spruce Health, a HIPAA-compliant platform.
