Your program may combine nutrition and lifestyle guidance with physician-prescribed medication, including GLP-1 class options, when it’s clinically appropriate. The visit fee is $149 per month, published on our price list; medication is priced separately and discussed before anything is prescribed. Your first visit is in person at 1 Chateau Grove Ln in Barboursville; follow-ups can be in person or by telehealth if a drive from Huntington, Milton or Ashland doesn’t fit your month.

From downtown Huntington (about 10 miles): take I-64 East to exit 20 (Barboursville / Huntington Mall) and follow US-60 toward the mall. We’re at 1 Chateau Grove Ln with free parking outside the door — about 15 minutes.
From Milton or Hurricane: US-60 or I-64 West, 15–20 minutes. From Ashland, KY or Ironton, OH: I-64 East, 30–35 minutes. Follow-up visits can also be done by video.
