Skin Care Guidelines

Use gentle cleanser and moisturizer.
Avoid active ingredients (retinol, acids, exfoliants) for 3–5 days.
Do not use harsh products or scrubs.

Sun Protection & Makeup

Wear SPF 30+ daily and reapply regularly.
Avoid direct sun exposure.
No tanning beds or self-tanner.
You may wear mineral makeup the next day.
Avoid heavy makeup if skin is still sensitive.
