Most weight-loss clinics hand every patient the same plan. At Serene, the program is led by Dr. Robin Arora — board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology — and your physician reviews your history, labs and goals to build a plan you can actually sustain.
Your program may combine nutrition and lifestyle guidance with physician-prescribed medication, including GLP-1 class options, when it’s clinically appropriate. Every plan is designed and monitored by a physician, with monthly check-ins to track progress and adjust, and the add-ons Akron patients ask about — B-12, IV therapy, Biöte hormone optimization — are available under the same roof.
The visit fee is $149 per month, published on our price list; medication is priced separately and discussed before anything is prescribed. Your first visit is in person at 50 W Streetsboro St in Hudson; follow-ups can be in person or by telehealth if a drive up Route 8 doesn’t fit your month.

From downtown Akron (about 15 miles): OH-8 North roughly 12 miles to the OH-303 (Streetsboro Rd) exit, then east into downtown Hudson. We’re at 50 W Streetsboro St, Suite 2, with free parking outside the door — about 25 minutes.
From Cuyahoga Falls, Stow or Tallmadge: OH-8 North or OH-91 North, 15–20 minutes. From Kent: OH-43 North to OH-303 West, about 20 minutes. Follow-up visits can also be done by video.
